New issue 1448 by epmclellan: When max upload size for digital objects is
set to 0, can't upload multiple digital objects

To reproduce this error:

1)Set max upload size to 0 to accommodate any file size
2)Go to Import digital objects page
3)Upload several files
Resulting error:
================
None of the files upload and there is a filesize upload warning for each
object
Expected result:
================
All object should be uploaded. Note that single object upload is fine.
