New issue 1449 by epmclellan: In Archivematica version of Qubit, can't
upload digital objects

To reproduce this error:

1)In Import digital objects, select files and click Import files
2)Or in Upload digital objects, select an object to upload and click Create
Resulting error:

500 Internal Server Error, page not found
Expected result:
================
Digital objects should be uploaded
