New issue 1525 by epmclellan: Information object treeview sort order not
working

To reproduce this error:

1)Create an information objects with multiple descendants/various
title/various identifiers
2)In admin > settings change sort order - eg to title or identifier-title
Resulting error:

Sort order is not affected
Expected result:
================
Objects in treeview should be resorted. This was working last week (tested
as part of admin test suite). This is regression from 1.0.8.
