New issue 1532 by [email protected]: Hide "relationships" area when
creating new term

When creating a new term the "relationships" autocompletes are blank
because the term doesn't belong to a taxonomy yet (the fields are taxonomy
specific).
For new terms we should just hide the "relationships" area altogether.
