I've hidden only "Related term(s)" and "Broad term" autocompletes
because "Create narrow terms" field is useful even when user is creating a
new term.
"Related term(s)" and "Broad term" are note hidden if:
- $term->id is set
- $term->taxonomyId is set
In the msg log of r7252 I made a mistake: I meant that "Create narrow
terms" is not being hidden, sorry.
