To reproduce this error:

1) Go to staticpages section
2) Go to "homepage" or "about" staticpages
Resulting error:

Permalink field is editable for those case.
Expected result:
================
We should include a mechanism to avoid edition of these static pages which
are essesntials for correct behavior in ica-atom.
