To reproduce this error:

1)Enter extent and medium data (RAD: physical description; DC: format)
separated by carriage returns
2)View record
Resulting error:

In RAD and DC show screens, no line breaks separate the entries
Expected result:
================
Should look like ISAD show screen, which shows line breaks
