New issue 1733 by epmclellan: Can't link to different creator for
lower-level description

To reproduce this error:

1)Open the edit screen of a child information object
2)Select a creator that is different from the parent level
3)Save the record
Resulting error:
================
In show screen, context menu still shows creator for parent level, Name of
creator is still creator for parent level, and no admin/biographical
history for the creator is displayed. See attached screenshot as example:
Creator for parent level is Summerland United Chruch and creator for the
record shown is Cedar United Church.
Expected result:
================
The screenshot should show Cedar United Church as creator in context menu
and Archival description area and should show administrative history for
Cedar United Church.
