New issue 1762 by epmclellan: Fatal error when saving information object
with new name access point

To reproduce this error:

1)Open an information object edit screen
2)In Name access points, type a new name (i.e. do not select an existing
name)
3)Save the record
Resulting error:
================
Fatal error: Call to a member function __get() on a non-object in
/home/evelyn/public_html/qubit/lib/model/om/BaseObject.php on line 514. See
attached stack trace.
