New issue 1777 by epmclellan: Inconsistent note display in RAD show screen

To reproduce this error:

1)Create a RAD record with title notes and other notes
2)Save the record
Resulting error:

Two different types of display: see attached screenshots
Expected result:
================
Should be the same for both (I prefer title notes display)
