Comment #1 on issue 1859 by jack.bates: Wrong start/end year when using uncertain dates
http://code.google.com/p/qubit-toolkit/issues/detail?id=1859

just like in 1.0.9, one can still manually enter standardized start and end date

1.1 enhances 1.0.9 by guessing, and hopefully it's useful in many common cases, e.g. "1886-2003, predominant 1886-1993" it guesses start and end date "1886" and "2003". but one can still manually enter start and end date if it guesses wrong. and it will not replace manually entered start or end date with guesses

it's not meant to guess every date - just the very easy ones, which hopefully are frequent. for the rest, the behavior is identical to 1.0.9
