New issue 1875 by epmclellan: Cancelling changes to new information object
results in blank screen

To reproduce this error:

1)Open a new information object
2)Enter a little data (or not)
3)Click Cancel
Resulting error:
================
Blank screen. Debugging mode shows 404 page not found error.
Expected result:
================
Should have returned to whatever page was open before opening information
object edit screen.
