To reproduce this error:

1)Import attached EAD document (Thanks Tim Hutchinson for the test file and
bug report!)
Resulting error:

<note>, <odd>, <bibliography> and <processinfo> data are not imported.
Expected result:
================
All above elements should be imported as notes.
