when editing a RAD description

To reproduce this error:

1)Add a new RAD record and fill in the RAD specific fields (Other title
information, Statement of responsibility (title), Statement of
responsibility relating to the edition, Standard number, Class of material
specific details (section), Publisher's series (section))
2)Save the description
3)Switch to a different culture
4)Click "Edit" button
Resulting error:

All above fields are blank and don't show the source language value.
Expected result:
================
Should show source language value above the field to aid translation.
