New issue 1918 by [email protected]: Presentation of Dates of existence
in MemoryBC name authority record needs fixing

To reproduce this error:

1) View a MemoryBC fonds-level record, for example, with a personal name
for which life dates are used as part of the authorized form of name such
as the Father Nicolas Coccola fonds
(http://memorybc.ca/father-nicolas-coccola-fonds)
2) In the Name of creator field note that the ISAAR Dates of existence
element has been incorrectly concatenated with the authorized form of name.
3) According to ISAAR the Dates of existence is part of the Descriptpion
area, NOT part of the Identity area, therefore, the ISSAR Dates of
existence element does not belong in the Name of creator field.
Resulting error:
================
The Name of creator field, if life date(s) are used as part of the
authorized form of name, which they often will be under RAD, the Dates of
existence forms an unnecessary addition.
Expected result:
================
Since the Dates of existence element is part of ISAAR and not part of RAD,
it should not appear in a RAD description at all. It should only appear in
the ISAAR-based authority records on MemoryBC.
Please consider removing this element from the RAD display template in the
next release of ICA-AtoM or earlier.
