New issue 1930 by [email protected]: Users with contributor role given
permissions for Subjects can't add new terms

To reproduce this error:

1) Select admin/groups/contributors/ taxonomy permissions / edit
2) Expand 'permissions by taxon.' & click 'add taxonomy'
3) enter 'subjects'
4) change create, update, and delete permission from 'inherit' to 'grant'
5) save changes
6) select add / term from main menu
7) try to enter text in "Taxonomy" field
Resulting error:

No drop-down list appears for taxonomy field; SQL error in server log:

Expected result:
