Wu, could you provide us one only patch which merges all these changes together? Furthermore, I think you have forgot at least one file, because I can't see in your patches a template using subjectInfoObjects array, right? _nameAccessPoints.patch was uploaded twice.
I'd recommend you to build the patch with svn diff, as it is described in "Contribute code" wiki page at qubit-toolkit.org. If you have any doubt about it, we can help you, we'll be available in #openarchives-dev.
