1.1. Modify Files No Change

Experienced User tried to Translate User Interface ICA-AtoM 1.1. from
English to Spanish and found that NOT every single word or phrase appears
on the list to be translated. So he is modifying some XML files by hand.
Additionally, terms and phrases must be translated at the db level by
adding a new record with the translation and the culture in the term_i18n
table.
Modifying these files in 1.0.9 worked.
../apps/qubit/i18n/es/messages.xml and
../plugins/sfIsadPlugin/i18n/es/messages.xml
Resulting error:

1.1 error is that after saving changes to files, nothing happens. The word
isn't translated into spanish in the interface of the application.
