ICA-AtoM 1.1. Modify Files No Change

Hi. I'm the user that Jessica mentioned in the text of the issue. There is
something I would like to correct from the text of Jessica:
The Translation User Interface works well, there's no problem at all with
that tool. The problem here is that not all the terms of the user interface
can be translated with this tool.
So I try to translate some terms directly on "messages.xml" files. The
problem presents when I try to make changes to "messages.xml".
When I make some translation to these files, and save the changes, the
changes are not reflected in the user interface of ICA-Atom. No translation
are displayed.
All this related to ICA-Atom 1.1
In the past I worked with ICA-Atom 1.0.9, and I was able to translate the
User Interface through "Translate Interfaz", and modifying "messages.xml"
files. I didn't have any problem.
