ICA-AtoM release 1.1 tarball with MySQL 5.5

To reproduce this error:

1)Upgrade to MySQL 5.5 or greater
2)Download the release 1.1 tarball @
http://pear.qubit-toolkit.org/get/icaatom-1.1.tgz
3)Untar the tarball and start installation as per
http://www.qubit-toolkit.org/wiki/index.php?title=Installation
Resulting error:

After submitting "configureDatbase" information, a PropelException error is
returned (see attached screenshot)
Expected result:
================
Installation should proceed to "configureSite" screen.
