Hi Tim - this issue also affected MemoryBC and Artefactual fixed it by customizing MemoryBC Peter vG reported back to me on December 30, 2010: "In the meanwhile, the short-term solution is simply to remove the validation message for Custodial History in the MemoryBC deployment of ICA-AtoM. We've just made this change. This avoids having to make a number of the other MemoryBC ICA-AtoM customizations you've requested to 'work around' Custodial History validation.'"
