For other names, allow specifying the dates of use:
columns:
"other_name.start_date" type datetime,
"other_name.end_date" type datetime,
"other_name_i18n.dates" type string
e.g.
name: "Acme and Betty, Ltd"
start date: 1972
end date: 1984-06-15
dates: "early 1972 - 15 Jun 1984"
This change will require updating the way "other names" are specified on
the ISAAR template.
This will also aid crosswalking to EAC-CPF <nameEntry><useDates>:

<dateRange>
<fromDate standardDate="1886">1886</fromDate>
<toDate standardDate="1959">1959</toDate>
</dateRange>
</useDates>
