New issue 2071 by [email protected]: When editing Rights events, Basis
reverts to copyright

To reproduce this error:

1)Create a Rights event with anything but copyright as the Basis.
2)Save the event
3)Edit the event
Resulting error:
================
Basis reverts to copyright; user has to re-select the other basis again to
get the relevant fields to show
Expected result:
================
Basis should be whatever was selected when the event was created
