To reproduce this error:

1) Fresh install
2) Rebuild search index
2) Create new information object with title "Peanut"
3) Save it
4) Edit it, no edits
5) Save it
6) Search for "Peanut"
Resulting error:

Two items in the search index linking to the same record.
Expected result:
================
Only should be one.
