New issue 2148 by [email protected]: Update user manual with working
method for institution-specific contributor/editor roles

See issues 1710 and 1311 - to allow editing etc. of a single institution,
need to build on authenticated user rather than remove rights from
contributor/editor role. User manual currently shows method that leads to
these issues:
