New issue 2172 by [email protected]: When importing digital
object, "level of description" value does not stick

To reproduce this error:

1)Select an existing description and click "Import digital objects"
2)Set the "level of description" field to "item"
3)Select several files for import
4)Click "Import"
5)Click on one of the imported objects to view the description
Resulting error:
================
No level of description is set
Expected result:
================
Level of description should be "item"
