dialog is showing authority records, donors and repositories

To reproduce this error:

1)Create an Authority record, donor and repository record
2)Create or edit an Archival description
3)In the "Rights" section add a right or edit an existing right
Resulting error:

"Rights holder" drop-down includes authority record, donor and repository
names
Expected result:
================
Should only show Rights holders
