New issue 2175 by [email protected]: When editing creation event,
creator name disappears from edit template

To reproduce this error:

1)Create an information object using rad, dc or mods template; include a
creation event
2)Save the record
3)Open the edit page and edit the creation event
4)Save the edited creation event, then save the information object
Resulting error:
================
Creator name disappears from creation event dialogue and from edit page;
however, it appears in the show screen when the information object is saved
