DC or MODS

To reproduce this error:

1)Create a DC or MODS collection with child levels
2)In information object show page, click print icon
3)Select file or item
Resulting error:
================
"Oops, we couldn't find any file [or item] level descriptions." This occurs
because DC and MODS don't have Level of description field.
