New issue 2219 by [email protected]: Error editing or replacement of
contact details in ISDIAH edit page

To reproduce this error:

1) Create an ISDIAH record including contact details
2) Save it
3) Open the ISDIAH record again and edit the contact details
Resulting error:
================
Two scenarios:
1) A fatal error is produced:
PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function save() on a non-object in
/var/www/icaatom-1.2.0/apps/qubit/modules/contactinformation/actions/editComponent.class.php
on line 139, referer:
http://.../icaatom-1.2.0/index.php/university-archives-2;edit/isdiah
2) The new contact details replaces an existing contact information record
