To reproduce this error:

1)In Archival description edit template.
2)Select add new
Resulting error:
================
Window opens and actor name drop-down list automatically opens covering
other data entry fields. In specific workflows, the actor name data field
will not be used and only the date field is important.
Expected result:
================
Actor name does not automatically open to a drop-down list. All data entry
fields are visible.
