New issue 2266 by [email protected]: Cache is not refreshed in the
mainMenu when the user permissions are modified but it should

To reproduce this error:

1) Fresh install
2) Two users: admin (with admin permissions) and foobar (without admin
permissions)
3) Open two different browsers and login with both users just created
4) foobar can't see the admin menu, that's expectec
5) Now add admin permissions to foobar
6) Reload the page in the browser logged as foobar
Resulting error:

The admin menu does not show
Expected result:
================
The admin menu should show now that foobar is an admin. This issue could
appear also when removing admin permissions from a user that used to have
them.
