New issue 2267 by [email protected]: Inconsistent use of case in search
field terms
http://code.google.com/p/qubit-toolkit/issues/detail?id=2267
To reproduce this error:
========================
1) Prior to release 1.2 as implemented in MemoryBC, you could search
for "levelofdescription:collection" and retrieve results.
2) As of release 1.2 as implemented in MemoryBC,
only "levelOfDescription:collection" will work.
3) All the search field terms as listed at
http://www.ica-atom.org/doc/Search_fields are inconsistent in terms of
mixed case usage; e.g., extentandmedium versus levelOfDescription or
accessconditions versus creatorHistory.
Resulting error:
================
No results are retrieved with "levelofdescription:collection"
Expected result:
================
"levelofdescription:collection" should work the same
as "levelOfDescritpion:collection", which is the way it worked in MemoryBC
prior to release 1.2.
Please, make the searchfields all lowercase. No one can be expected to
remember this idiosyncratic capitlization scheme!
