sfIsadPlugin is disabled

To reproduce this error:

1)Disable sfIsadPlugin at "Admin > Plugins"
2)Choose any template other than ISAD at "Admin > Settings > Default
template > Archival description"
3)View an archival description
4)Click the "Export > EAD 2002 XML" link in the context menu
Resulting error:

Fatal error: Class 'sfIsadPlugin' not found in
/home/david/Projects/cva/qubit/trunk/plugins/sfEadPlugin/modules/sfEadPlugin/templates/indexSuccess.xml.php
