Integrate Ralf's UI wireframes into new Dominion theme functionality using
Bootstrap JS framework. Implemented using ElasticSearch and included as
part of ArchivesCanada 2.0 development work.
Features include adaptive design, search auto-completion, mobile UI etc. as
