New issue 2293 by [email protected]: Remove subfonds and subseries
from default multi-level descriptions drop-down

Remove "Subfonds" and "Subseries" from the default list, keep the default
list simple and let system administrators add whatever sub-levels they
want. This is not inconsistent with ISAD(G), which does not prescribe
levels of description. [CCAD-1]
