I'd missed the earlier updates - glad to see this has been addressed.
The main thing I would suggest is that the full RAD rule should be included
in the tooltip, i.e. it is appropriate to include notes about language in
the text field, even if that's repeated in the controlled list. E.g., Most
material in French, some in German.
Also, this is CCAD issue CCAD-19.
