Fixed in r11084. Using QubitNote and new note type LANGUAGE_NOTE_ID. Tim,
see attached screenshots if you want to review it without installing. Also
implemented in ISAD using the same widgets and format.
ISAD tooltip:
Note any distinctive alphabets, scripts, symbol systems or abbreviations
employed. (ISAD 3.4.3)
RAD tooltip:
[N]ote any distinctive alphabets or symbol systems employed." (RAD 1.8.B14).
