Comment #4 on issue 2083 by [email protected]: Enter donor name into donor dialog box and contact information and submit. Donor name appears in accession record. Open donor dialog to edit information and Donor name is missing but contact information is there.

This issue has been reoccurring during 1.3 functional testing, though the error is inconsistent. However, this issue does not affect the contact information entered in the dialog, or the accession record itself when the user clicks save - the donor name appears and the donor contact information is present.
