New issue 2348 by [email protected]: User Groups unavailable in
drop-down when Admin tried to add new user in Trillium theme and Chrome
browser

To reproduce this error:

1)Admin menu -> Users -> Add New
2)Create User and try to add them to a User Groups in the Access Control
Area
3)Select User groups data entry drop-down
Resulting error:
================
No user groups prompted even when you type.
Expected result:
================
User groups appear: editor, contributor, translator etc. for selection
This error was reported by Archeion. Confirmed through testing.
