r11730 might be breaking the autocomplete widget, a client report an issue
where new event tuples were being created with the information_object_id
column empty, causing other problems in the froms (getCreators() was
returning an actor for a new information object record!). I suspect that
r11730 could be breaking the events dialog in the RAD template in some way
that these corrupted event tuples are created.
