New issue 2352 by [email protected]: EAD import creates reference code
errors by duplicating repository code

To reproduce this error:

1)Import or create a new fonds-level information object linked to a
repository (with a reference code included for the repository)
2)Export the information object in EAD, and then delete the information
object (fonds).
3)Re-import the information object
Resulting error:
================
Reference code for the information object is doubled upon import (see
attached images
Expected result:
================
Reference code appears only once, in the same form it did before exporting
and re-importing.
