To reproduce this error:

1)create ISAAR record with data in Internal structures/genealogy field
2)save and export as EAD.XML
3)review EAD export - <structureOrGenealogy>< p>XXXX is populated
Resulting error:
================
Upon import ISAAR record missing Internal structures/genealogy data.
Review imported EAD and note that <structureOrGenealogy> missing.
Expected result:
================
Populated and data present.
