1.3 AtoM testing:
Create description in English and save.
Create description in French and save.
Export English description as EAD.
Export French description as EAD.
Delete all descriptions from database.
Import English description using English interface and both English and
French interfaces now have an English content description.
Import French description into French interface and both French and English
interfaces now have a French content description.
Try to delete the English content description in the French interface and
AtoM deletes the English description in French interface and English
description in English interface.
