iix.net.il is the sys-peer and Israel is a sys-peer candidate.

This is displayed when the ntpd is broadcasting on 172.16.1.255 (keep
in mind that broadcast associations require authentication unless
explicitly defeated).

Is this the correct broadcast address for your sub-net?

10 is a reasonable stratum for the LocalCLK
