Absolute, accurate time really does not matter but I need to have the
SAME time between 2(or 3) PCs.
You can have them syncrhonized within, say, ten milliseconds of each
other. Maintaining tighter synchronization than that generally requires
a reference more stable than the typical unsynchronized computer clock.
