Hello,
in NTP FAQ 5.1.2.3. (http://www.ntp.org/ntpfaq/NTP-s-algo.htm) it is
standing:

That is the binary or "radix" point. Numbers to the left are 2^0, 2^1,
2^2, etc. Numbers to the right are 2^-1, 2^-2, 2^-3, etc.
<big snip>
Can somebody clearify the order of bits in NTP for me, please?
Thanks in advance!
Franz
