In my ntp.log files on my clients, I see "event_unreach" for my highest stratum server. The clients then sync to a lower stratum server and never seem to try and reach the highest stratum server again. I don't see any other references to this server, reach or otherwise in the logs. What would cause the "unreach" and when should the clients try and reach this server again, if ever?
