My Athlon 64 X2 defaulted to HPET. It seems to have a very stable clock; my drift file says "7.436" and my offsets right now are all in the -1.5ms to 2.5ms range. That's even with CPU frequency scaling enabled (running at 1GHz right now). -- Chris Adams <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Systems and Network Administrator - HiWAAY Internet Services I don't speak for anybody but myself - that's enough trouble. _______________________________________________ questions mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ntp.org/mailman/listinfo/questions
