I haven't tried those drivers, though.
They have been developed by Dave Hart and just been signed by Meinberg.
Now I remember - tried both 64 then 32 bit - neither worked - much registry
hacking tried - serialpps
never replaced their PciIsaSerial in their custom PCI serial/parallel port
